I'm trying to access DLC that I have downloaded but I can't access it. Train Sim World 3

This wasn’t the issue here.

I went looking around on the Dovetail forums and a community manager confirmed that it’s a file pathing error. A temporary fix was found by a member of the community and that is to copy the .pak file from the German DLC folder and paste it in the South Eastern High Speed DLC folder, found in the xbox games folder on your drive.

Hello ZexqOG, according to the video you uploaded when you started the game it shows that you are not connected to the developer's servers, in the case of Dovetail Live, click the notice in the top corner of the game, log in and see if the game later allows you to download and activate the DLC.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Do you happen to have the game Train Sim World® already installed to your Xbox? If
not, then this would be why it isn't launching, as you would be unable to use Train Sim World®:
CSX GP40-2 since it is an add-on (DLC) for the base game.

If you do, then our support article entitled Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One can help you locate and install the DLC for use with your
base game and get you back on track.

Give this a try and let us know the results.
