The error 0x8007003B usually points to a network or system issue when trying to sign in. Even if your password is correct, the system might not be communicating properly with the Xbox servers. Here’s what has worked for me and others:

First, restart your console completely (not just sleep mode). Hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds until it turns off, then turn it back on.

Try logging in on a different network (like your phone’s hotspot), just to see if your internet connection is blocking something.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ from a browser and log in — this helps confirm if the account works normally outside the console.

Then go to https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status and check for any ongoing outages; sometimes login services are temporarily down.

If you're using two-step verification, make sure you're entering the code from your Authenticator app or SMS; sometimes the prompt may be delayed.

If none of that works and you’re still getting the same error, I’d recommend removing and re-adding your account on the Xbox:

Go to Settings > Account > Remove accounts, select yours, and remove it.

Then restart the console.

After reboot, go to Add new and log in using your Microsoft account email and password.

hi ppl ive got a problem with my xbox 360 ..... here goes( im not a gamer its for my child) i recently got me on live gold and created an account but when i try to log in on the pc it tells me they want a security check, the mobile no i put in was wrong
so i tried to delete it , now its tellin me i need to wait till 5/11/2013 ????????? till i can reset my account any info would be much appriciated

Im on a adult Account and i try it on Xbox.com

I am having the same issue, except it is telling me 'Something went wrong when we were trying to log into your Microsoft account' But that is impossible because My microsoft account is from my PS4
