Im told to update my location and language for rewards

all i want to do is get my points up to buy and watch a film,i reset my console a few hours ago as i couldnt get on xbox,i want the person who responsible for my safety online to take a long hard forensic look at my provider talk talk then my phone provider Vodafone UK who robbed me 3 times in a day all my points roughly 2019.not topped up since and my Samsung phone is to technical,i still struggle with internet settings as ive told you all many many times,sinister huwawei phones appearing on my tv screen bar as ive told your huge corporation,once again help me to sign in to anything safely at the push of a button instead of this massive waste of time typing on a console that will get unanswered or a dumb do nothing questionaire

Hello bigrik80, it's a location/language "bug".

Set your console location, language and language location according with your region and try again.

Even being free this month, this game will require a valid local payment option and a purchase confirmation to become downloadble, in my case the issue happened because I'm in Brazil, but my console was configured to use language English from USA. It worked
properly after set location as Brazil + language as Portuguese from Brazil.

Like someone told you in gaf, some games use your location, Im in Mexico, but have everything in english, yet the achievements are in spanish, and other games are in english, I think just titanfall change the language, it should be a bug, since so e people
I know have then in english....

I also have this game on series x it is stuck on Italian language it’s rather frustrating my location is set to Canada on my Xbox and my language is canada English there is no setting in game to switch languages

Update I switched console settings to English United States and it works!
