I'm tired of Smurf accounts and I want my money back.

I want to play with my own tears. I'm tired of playing with people who just trash the games because they are interested to see people's reaction or want to post it on youtube. If Microsoft is not capable of handling that, I would like to get a refund of
my xbox and games. I am considering legal actions if you won't take back my Xbox and games.

My battlefield one disc won't start installing

I want to return or exchange my new battlefield one that just came out that I just purchased...it won't install and I can't get the help to do so...all my other disc games work but this brand new battlefield...I'm tired of dealing with it and want my money

File complaints on those people and block communications with them. Or set it up so you can only play with friends.

Block and report that player. Better yet, don't use party chat or voice chat. That is what I did.

 

Report players you feel are violating ToS and block them so you are no longer grouped with them

 

That is the beauty of playing online you can meet all kind of people, yet as the ambassadors suggested you have the possibility to report and block anytime

I'm not sure what action you would want Microsoft to take on something that occurs on basically all gaming platforms, and most multiplayer games. I don't think there's a basis for legal action on the grounds of "I don't like how other people play online."
As others have mentioned you have the ability to block and report problematic players (thus notifying Microsoft of a player who is disruptive to others online.)

unfortunately this comes with the territory but Xbox has an code of conduct and if people violate the terms then please report them to the enforcement team.

Unfortunately, This is all online gaming not just Xbox. I recommend reporting and blocking. Now this is usually depending on the type of games you play too. When I play COD of any type holy moly is it toxic at times. If I play survival games such as Ark,
7D2D, No mans sky, ect ect they are not as toxic. You will run into toxic people no matter where you go but Online people tend to act more brave. There are many many people that are not toxic though. I would suggest making some friends on xbox, maybe join
some clubs for the games in which you are playing and get to know some people. I promise not everyone is toxic.

 

You can file complaints, block players and also in certain games can specify what types of players you would like to play with. Legal recourse is not an option in this matter and to threaten such is such an American way of thought.
