I'm tired of playing this gosh darn game on easy

On Microsoft Solitaire I accidentally clicked "always remember my selection" now I am stuck playing the dumb game on easy. Even though I have mastered it and could play it on hard or expert. I can't find any way to take it off the remembered selection.
And it is driving me nuts. Please help this young soul that acts like an old soul play Solitaire

So I did exactly what you said. And Mine doesn't have that on there! Maybe my computer is just weird? Cause what you said would make sense.

In the top left corner, there's three horizontal lines with Menu under them. Click that, and go to game options at the top. Scroll down to the bottom of the options and you should see choices for "Remember Deck Difficulty" - just change that to Off.

Then play another game.
