I have lost lots of tickets and luggage because the game kicks out and i'm stuck with no tickets, coins or luggage. Please fix game. I get a new friend and all of my friends have the same crome and I cant tell who is who when I go to give them a gift. Please

Bingo game freezes up.

While I'm playing a game of Bingo it freezes up. By the time it's working again it's gone through half the numbers and I can't catch up before it ends. Now I've lost tickets and a chance at Power Bingo. While this isn't the end of the world, it is quit frustrating,
as it seems to happen more often.

The other gripe I have is...if while I'm playing and say the phone rings or someone is at my door, there is no way to pause the game or put it on hold and again I've lost ANOTHER game!!

So I beg you to please fix Microsoft Bingo!

Frustrated with Bingo server problems

Getting super frustrated with the Bingo game. Like so many others I have trouble signing in & once playing get kicked out or have a connection problem which, in effect pauses my play while the game goes making it next to impossible to catch up. Fix it
or take it down. I'm tired of losing my reward progress and constant problems.

Hey there, sorry to hear about being kicked out of the game during play. Which device are you playing on and how is your internet connection setup? If you're playing on a Windows 10 PC. Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Have you tried to reinstall
the game to see if that has any effect on the issue?

Feel the same way. Been playing Microsoft Bingo for almost 2 years, that is when it can be played. It time to find another Bingo game.

I'm almost positive that this widespread problem is on Microsoft's end. Their unwillingness to discuss the possibility that it might be on their end makes this issue infinitely worse. My suggested answer is to make the 360 your last Microsoft console. Go
with a PS4, like I did.
