    It's digital distribution it's not like you've got to go to a warehouse. I'm tired of being **** around just give me the *** codes. Xbox support Twitter tells me to call, I call they tell me to post here, here they say we're looking into it.

    Missing Quantum Break Preorders

    Hi AceHack00,

    The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

    Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

    •Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

    •Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

    •Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

    •Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

    Don't extend your Xbox Gold, don't spend a dime on the marketplace, don't visit the Microsoft store until Microsoft takes care of this Quantum Break cluster fudge. It's obvious from the Xbox One E3 reveal they have zero regard for their customers and from
    this that corporate has zero regard for giving you what you pay for.

    I agree. I'm tired of being told "it's being investigated" for over a week now. How long does it take to investigate? How hard is it to send people the codes they were promised? I'm honestly thinking of trading in my xbox and just going with playstation
    at this point.
