    I'm tired of my Xbox One X Scorpio Edition Crashing!


    It started when Borderlands 3 came out. During game play, the screen will go black.

    The console will play the sound and shut itself off. Upon turning it back on, it shows the over heating information. I know this is not the case. The console temperature is not what I would say is hot and it shuts off for what seems to be no reason. The
    console itself is well ventilated, on a vertical stand by itself. I disregard the crashing, thinking it is just the game. Now, Man Eater is released. It crashes repeatedly on the opening cutscene, in the same exact spot, every time. At this point, I do a soft
    factory reset, keeping all my apps. Then, I start trying different power outlets in my home, with and without the surge protector. Also utilizing a power tool extension cord to try an outlet in another room. I am so frustrated, nothing works. I can't even
    get a hold of Microsoft for support and possibly send it in for repair!

    I have this by Realese of far cry 3 classic edition. In my opionion is this a game bug. Delete and install it again.

    In the most time it helps.

    I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.

    I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.
