I'm the only one on my account, so why can't i buy things?

Gaming for the whole family, This link will help you remove yourself from the Family group. Once you click on the link, scroll down to Manage your Family group and click Remove yourself.

Check the family settings on your console

• On your controller, press the middle Xbox button (Guide Button)
  
• go to settings
  
• Then go to general
  
• select online Safety & family
  
• Select Family settings and see if they are good to go
  

Sometimes you have to remove yourself from the family group and set up anew. This issue can also happen when your account is part of someone else's family account.

Yes, but I only used the code one time, the next thing I did was look for the products in the list and there was Minecraft... the game appear like a buy and the prices was 0$ because was a gift, a curious thing is that I try to make a new account and I
try to put my Gmail and the account was created so I follow the next steps to verify and all of this things but when I try to enter again to this account says that the account doesn't exist… so I guess that is a logic thing because Microsoft emails are from
Hotmail adress but I don't know why I can créate that account but now I can't use it… I'm sure that the code is correct because I redeemed but I'm confuse… and now I have that Gmail account and a Hotmail account… I know that everything sounds confuse but I
want to know what happen with that code and I don´t know if its possible.

I know of that option but I bought those cards to buy some "gold" for a specific game, and for my understanding that game is tied on the account so I can't used the credits to buy on my kid account. I know I made the mistake and I should educate myself more,
but I also think the whole thing is kind of silly. Thats my Xbox these are my accounts and Microsoft will get payed anyway. I'm not a gamer and I didn't know it was so complicated, or maybe I'm to old to understand all this policies. I'm cool with everybody
but one thing is sure this is the first and it will be the last

Xbox 360 is region Lock and I can buy games not released on my region with my US Account and play without problems with my Brazilian account without been logged with my US Account.

What I'm asking here is why I can't buy this game if Xbox One is region free.

Yeah, I'm sure I'm going to have to return it. I have never heard of anything like this happening, either, and I can't find anything about this on the Internet. That's why I find this whole thing so unbelievably unlucky on my part, it seems like I'm the
only one with this problem and it happened immediately.
