I’m sure of my password but still can’t sign into my Xbox 360

Hello,

I can’t sign into any Xbox Website through my permanently suspended Xbox Account. I’m still unable to sign into Xbox Enforcement to find out the reason for my suspension.

I’m also having the same issue. I have and have been using my Series X but recently wanted to revisit my 360. I’m not sure how long this issue has been a problem but I can’t get logged into my 360 either after trying multiple “fixes.” This is truly disappointing since I have a ton of games and content downloaded that I can’t access now. I’m hoping more replies here will get Microsoft’s attention.

Hello,

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

I’m probably being stupid but I just tried this. I can’t see my phone hotspot.

On my iphone I’m going to personal hotspot. That mentions being signed into icloud. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Oh and I’m on Three for my mobile contract too.

Not sure on iphone. On android i swirltched on hotspot and then it asked to configure which was add a name and password. Im ee dont know if that makes a difference.
