i replied to it maybe 5 hours ago, do you recommend i wait for it or should i try to cancel the cancel of the refund and get another version?

my issue is that the option to refund a request isn't there in the first place.

after i clicked cancel on the game I'm wanting to refund, it isn't in my order history anymore but i still paid for it and haven't got the money back
