    Im stuck with emails.


    I had an account on Cox email for a long time. Cox has since changed to Yahoo and i cannot get into my account. I am logged in on xbox no problem but thats because i never log out. But on things like the app and my computer. It sends a code to that email that doesnt exist. And when i try putting in the Yahoo email into xbox it tries making me make a new account.

    Im surprised you even managed to get a human to email you and help you out, or at least pretend to help. Im still stuck with bots for 2 weeks.

    I tried doing it but when i used my original email for my xbox account it says, "Email doesn't exist" I think my email for microsoft was deleted so i guess im stuck now?

    Hm, there could be a few problems with this, Try to reinstall the new dashboard update and then try to download your profile. The new dashboard has a lot of problems
