    Not receiving $2 credit for "Incoming Transmission" email promotions

    What it says on the tin. I was able to complete and receive $2 credit for transmission #1 (which had me download the smartglass app), but no credit for #2 and #3. These involved streaming one hour of video and one hour of twitch, respectively. When I click
    on the email link, it just takes me to the Xbox page for video streaming or twitch. I have tried logging in and clicking the link again, but to no avail.

    In the twitch live that I do from the app on xbox x series, my friends cannot activate the audio of the group in the live, plus the live does not start if I make it go to 1080p of resolution
