This is usually a sign of a failure in the internal power supply caused by a possible power outage or by plugging into a surge protector. Have you tried a power cycle? Leave the console completely unplugged for at least 5 minutes, then plug it into an outlet and try again.

My xbox will just shut down after 2-3 minutes on some games like fortnite and c.o.d ect

We shouldn't have to do anything to get our packs. EA and BW needs to step up and fix this mess they call a game. I still havent gotten my pack yet but Im not gonna lose any sleep over it. Besides they have more bigger problems to fix anyways. Like the ones
who still can't play this game because of a cache problem.
