I'm still getting "Unable to verify game ownership" for my minecraft dungeon account.

I need a help from an expert to help me through this.

I have been trying to restart my computer.

I have tried to reinstall Minecraft dungeons multiple times.

I have tried to log out and log back into my account.

But none of them worked.

If there is a Microsoft worker, please help me with my account. I have purchased it the day it was released and I have not been able to play it since.

P.S. I bought one for windows 10.

When you turn on your PC are you signing into the PC with the same Microsoft account, if you are go to the store and you should see the purchase there in your library. Sometimes this is purchased by accident on a different account

I contact Mojang, and they told me to contact Microsoft.

I contact Microsoft, and tell me to contact Mojang.

I told both parties that I bought from Microsoft store, showed which account I purchased with, and gave my order number.

Both says they can't help me.

So, one of them, is a liar, and should fire the person who gave me a false information, and wasting my time and money, and especially making me not able to play the game that I bought on the launch date.

We'll see which company is the incompetent one.

It's an friggen bug that MS needs to sort out, because if you do a search on the net, many people are having the same "Unable to verify game ownership".

Whatever advise is giving you in the replied are a waste of time since you have already done so many times, so have I and many others.

MS need to get there act together and fix this bug once and for all.
