Just to confirm, did you submitted a refund request through the Xbox refunds form channel? If you have submitted a request you will receive an email about the status of your refund request.

You can reply to the email you will receive in order to tell them to cancel the refund request. However, if the refund has been processed already it cannot be stopped anymore you can just re-purchase the item that got refunded. You can check whether the item has been refunded already by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page.

Hello, from reading this the game would not be refunded. You played past the allowed timeframe to get a refund. Xbox has no idea what version you want and dont want. Only thing you cant do is purchase the same game twice. Just have to read more into what
your buying instead of just buying. I know thats not what you want to hear but Im sorry they wont refund you.

im getting pissed off if microsft dont fix this i want my xbox live money refunded
