    I’m so sick of posting about remote downloads not working it’s pathetic now


    Game pass remote downloads are just stupid and frustrating. Sometimes they work first time and sometimes I have to queue 2 or 3 up maybe more,to just get one game downloaded. I’ve reported on console and think it’s about time Microsoft got there act together and sorted this frustrating issue out. I’ve done my bit. This was happening before covid19. Don’t care how powerful series X is if it can’t do such a basic task.

    This is getting beyond a joke, Microsoft can't you do anything so simple? I'm sick of going out and buying codes for games and them not working!!! I brought tomb raider today and went to put the code in and downloaded it and when I've gone to play the game
    it's come up with the game couldn't start try downloading it again and I've tried that but nothing is working, sort it out microsoft!! This is getting pathetic, spent £50 on gta v code and it won't work, I want a refund!!!!

    Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

    When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

    But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened
