I'm so frustrated with Microsoft!

    I am stuck on the screen with the cards. I've won a lot of BINGOs. Even though the last number has been called, the screen won't change to the rewards screen! It's very annoying! It's like the screen is frozen. It will let me go back but then I will lose
    all that I've won! Does anyone have any advice as to how this can be fixed?!? The game won't let me chat, either!

    Is yours shutting off by itself after it's been on for a few minutes? That's what mine has been doing as well. I'm soooooo frustrated!

    Is Microsoft working on a resolution to fix this problem that so many of us are having? Ever since those recent updates came out, my Xbox One S now doesn't work properly. I have been hit with the "Black Screen of Death. " It's VERY frustrating. Microsoft....
    Please fix this issue IMMEDIATELY.

    Deleting the profile and downloading it again won't reset the family settings passcode. That will only get rid of an account passcode, not one that's globally set for the console.

    You'll need to visit this page here. That page has information on the family settings passcode and how to change
    the passcode or simply turn it off by changing the passcode to nothing. You will need to know the reset code that was previously set or the reset question answer. If you know neither, then you will need to contact Microsoft Chat Support or Request a call via
    this site here. Click Billing & Memberships, under Microsoft Account click Forgot Parental Control Code.

    SO frustrated!!!

    It's worse than that. I tried resetting the game, and I've also uninstalled then reinstalled it and each time I log in again
    ALL my achievements - all finished April games and all awards/badges/map progress since Aug 2017
    ARE GONE. How on earth that much cloud data can be affected by whatever this issue is is completely unfathomable to me. I'm reluctant to even play the game right now since it seems like that might establish a new baseline and permanently erase
    the hundreds of days of missing achievements. I'm hoping that there's a cloud backup of my cloud data that can be restored, but without any actual comment from the people in charge I'm incredibly frustrated and completely in the dark.
