I'm signed into my correct account, but a different gamertag is accessed and I can't get it...

Have you made sure that the gamertag hasn't been changed by enforcement team or by different means also. Have you also tried to check the email address associated with your gamertag?.

Are you logged into a different profile on the computer, if so are you able to sign into that profile? If you check the Microsoft Store or the Xbox App, is it logged into the correct account? If not try signing out and singing into the correct account with
those apps and try again.

Open.the Xbox App on the platform you're on and check what account is signed in there. You can sign it out and switch accounts if you'd like. Let us know if the right account is signed I to the Xbox App and we can troubleshoot from there.
