I suggest the following: it is better to place it inside an envelope and stick it with adhesive tape. Many people place this document inside the sealed box, but in my case, I would not do it that way.

Although it is recommended to make 3 copies of this document, one for you so that you have it as proof that you are sending your Xbox for repair, one for the courier (in case you need it) and one that goes in the box.

I went there, but there is no link to print a shipping label. I was told it should be in the invoice; however, there is no label in the invoice for me.

There is no "print your shipping label" option. Just read your packaging instructions, cancel order and print invoice options are available.

Thanks for the reply! Sorry, but I still need a bit more help. I'm dropping my Xbox off at a UPS drop-off point. I keep one invoice for me, and stick the shipping label onto the package. Do I tape an invoice document right next to the shipping label too? Or do I put the invoice in an envelope and then tape that envelope to the package.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. With accessory repairs, they do not send a shipping label. They are self shipping. Only controllers that do get a shipping label are elite controllers and design lab controllers. Hope this answers your
