Im really upset

I have been a die hard fable fan for a long time I have 54 out of 60 achievements for fable 3 the game glitches me in a bridge so I'm stuck for 2 weeks. I finally get out and a month later the game file corrupts and I lose everything I had every building
with max stats I needed 4 clothing and 3 guns to have those achievements. I really enjoyed that game. I bought every dlc but I won't play it anymore....

I have called support. They told me it would be 10-16 min wait. I have now been on hold 45 mins. Is this how you handle customers after the have spent $600+ on this system. Is it to hard to get back to someone to let them know they have not been forgotten
about?

To clarify, any time you launch the game while connected to Xbox Live on your Xbox One console, you're unable to load your old game save from the cloud? Do you see any error messages?

 

Also, do you have a previous save for that game. Back tracking a few hours might be better than giving up on the achievement hunt if that is an option.
