    I’m really scared to get banned :.(


    Okay so recently I accidentally did 2 refund requests and I wanted to cancel them. I contacted couple Xbox support agents they told me to summit an email the Xbox Support to the support team and I did couple times because I forgot to bring the request number where I accidentally summited refund. Last time I refunded was 8 months ago. Which I’m really scared about. I accidentally refunded a game with a day played and purchased 2 months ago. And a gamer tag change. Im really scared man to get in trouble. At the point I kinda feel like crying. Because I have worryness and OCD. Because I’ve seen people getting banned from refund requests a really long time ago. Recently I rarely seen people getting banned from this now.

    I still don't see this putting you at risk of being banned. Just try to not do this again, since these are multiple refund requests for the same game you keep purchasing and playing.

    Alright thanks man! I don’t have to worry as much now. One question do you know how long it takes for the case review to be reviewed? It’s already been 5 hours since I accidentally requested 2 refunds plus with a gamer tag change as a refund.
