    I'm really indignant


    I bought the Gear of War ultimate edition I redeemed the CD KEY after having redeemed the latter is not available for the download but in Order history Under the name of the game appears the redeem I click on Copy
    the cd key and click on redeem but I says that the code has already been used.
    I have spoken with several operators, some of whom have closed the conversation without them solving the problem. On the contrary, by some the conversation has been closed without any explanation.
    I wonder is it possible that microsoft does not work at all is that the xbox support is managed by people absolutely incompetent?
    The answer to this question is certainly yes.

    I LOVE paying $50.00 a year for xbox live & not being able to use it! I am immensely indignant by this situation.

    Not that I'm going to write into the Daily Mail expressing my indignation or anything. It just makes sense that people are mad about it. Fact that there are worse things out there doesn't really change how out of touch this little marketing stunt is, though
    I'm betting a lot of people who hadn't heard of Riptide will be checking it out as a result.
