    Hi, I'm going to buy the Xbox game pass ultimate for $1 but it says there's an auto-renewal feature, will it still charge me if there is no card linked to the account or will I still have to stop it manually?

    Yes if you don't click don't auto renew (on sign up) or at a later date on your account settings on this website or any ms account website

    What do I do?

    The only reason I want to dispute the charge is because I had used a Xbox Ultimate gift card moments later. On top of this, the charge never changed the due date for my ultimate(until after using the Xbox Gift Card)

    Yes I cannot make a purchase from my account. On the advice of Microsoft Customer Service I needed to buy gift cards and put them on my son's account so he could buy the game. We did that. He cannot purchase the game with the gift card money.

    He can play games, but cannot purchase a new game. The charged me for the Ultimate Game Pass AFTER the account was locked to purchases. Just can't make purchases either by me or by him
