Please check first if your Game pass Ultimate or Game pass for PC subscription is active from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

If it's active, on the same subscription page, please try turning off the recurring billing for the subscription. After doing that, restart your computer then try playing any game from Game pass and see if it works.

I cant play the games but it also says I don't have gamepass or ea play, when I know for a fact my friend has gamepass, when I click to look through the gamepass games it prompts me to buy the gamepass when I shouldn't have to buy it because the friend I'm game sharing with has it. I can't play or install games from gamepass or games (not in gamepass) that he bought digitally. It's as if im getting nothing at all from gamesharing with him. same problem i had as well but it happens on all my Pc games. if im on xboxone its fine but man i cant play my pc games for crap because of this...
