Im online and my cover art is not showing on my Xbox 360

Hi guys, for a few months now every time I turn on my Xbox 360 and look at my games, I say maybe 80% of the box art don't show now. All I see is this white and green Xbox live art?? Don't know why? Normally when your online you see the box art of each game.
Feels like im playing offline seeing how most of the box art shows this white and green box art or no art at all! If someone has some answers that would be great.

Wrong cover art shown for my games section on dashboard!

Hi.

When I goto my games on the Xbox 360 dashboard most of my games are showing the cover art for Jetpack Joyride (Windows Phone 8 cover). Please fix ASAP, thanks!

Thumbnails from game library missing

I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

Hi, yeah this is a common issue, which has been affecting a lot of users lately, sometimes clearing the Xbox 360 cache can help, but it is only a temporary fix. Microsoft are aware of the problem, and are trying to fix it.

I too am having problems with the cover art for many of my games after an update. I tried clearing the cache and even re-downloading my profile, but it didn't work.

Could Microsoft just please make the cover art downloadable to the Hard Drive please, this issue seems to be happening to a lot of people after the System updates. It would also be beneficial to me to see digital games that I own, but do not have installed.

It's about time Microsoft sorted this out and stored the cover art locally on the console.I expect cover-art online and offline.Its disgusting that Microsoft are making us think they are doing us a favour by giving us cover-art.

Does the cover-art show up when Xbox One is offline ?

When you purchase an Xbox 360 game from the Microsoft store, it shows on the cover art that the game is for Xbox 360. The Xbox One games do not show that.
