I'm on my third attempt at installing the fifa 20 trial it downloads but doesn't allow me...

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to access the FIFA 20 trial from your second account that also has EA Access.

Our suggestion here, please attempt to ensure that you have retrieved the game through the Microsoft store the same way that you went into the store to download the game. When only being signed into the second account, head to the store and see if there
is an option to (Get) the FIFA 20 trial.

As the game is already installed, you should be able to instantly play the trial if you do see an option to get the game.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

So its basically not starting at all, once ive restarted or reset everything and attempt to Install the update it will flicker to "installing" but then go straight to "Installation Stopped"

This is the case for the updates on Fifa 20 and Forza.

Whereas Call of Duty will do the same thing but will Install the first 4 parts of the whole game until the last part

then will struggle to even start Installing the last update.

Fifa 20 and Forza are already Installed its just the updates it cannot get past, but this stops me from accessing either game altogether.

The servers are connected. If EA servers have a problem, also Microsoft has one.

No i haven't but presumably the game doesn't download from their servers. It must download from Microsoft store/servers
