    I'm on Insiders Alpha Skip Ahead - Chromium Edge Not Loading Anymore on Series X


    Not sure what happened but Chromium Edge is no longer loading and it worked before. I've tried restarting the Xbox Series X, deleting the app data and still doesn't load. Only thing I haven't tried is doing a clean re-install.

    Anyone else with this issue?

    Edge on Xbox series s won't update

    As far as I'm aware Edge on console is updated automatically when a new Xbox console System OS update is released. Usually every month for General Availability release

    The version I'm using right now, on a Series X, Version 104.0.1293.44 (Official build) (64-bit) is the latest available to Alpha Skip Ahead Insider members.

    I have never gotten any notification to update Edge on console.

    Hello Egbert, the Chromium-based Edge browser is available in limited testing on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. Users of Alpha Skip-Ahead, a fairly limited group of people, can now use a mouse and keyboard to control the browser, which ensures a closer PC experience.

    Full mouse and keyboard support is still in testing on Edge and there is no release forecast for all Xbox users yet.

    Hulu crashing

    Same problem for me. Series X, Alpha Skip Ahead. As soon as an Hulu tries to load an ad, it crashes to the dashboard. I have reported it through the console too.

    Fill out a detailed report, giving make and model of headset you use and send it to the development team.

    I am in Alpha Skip ahead and sometimes get these issues. You could try backing out of the Insider program, to a public build and seeing if things work.

    Remember Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead are the cutting edge OS builds and can be full of bugs.
