Do you mean the pack for Gears 5? You won't receive a code to redeem. The skins will be part of the Ultimate Edition of that game which is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Take in mind that you can purchase this later on for a promo price, however Game Pass discounts are not combinable with other offers.

Additionally, discount offers exclude titles within 30 days of launch; discounts based on Microsoft Store price.

To be frank, I don't think I'm understanding you here. Are you saying that you got a deal where you purchased JUST Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and when you purchased Game Pass Ultimate, you were promised a new console entirely? Like a whole new upgrade to your current console without any additional cost?
