I’m not too sure what to call this?

Ill randomly lose all sound in my headset, and my controller will act weird in a few ways. Sometimes i can keep playing the game if i ignore i lost sound, but others it may not let me open the home. Or if i do get it open, the controller freezes. Others
itll just stop working all together. Ive tried multiple headsets and controllers when its done this, so i dont think its my regular two. When it does it, i can turn my tv up and theres sound, or if i try to change the volume on my headset i hear the beeps
so its still working. Ive blown my xbox and controller out to try to fix it. Ive checked for updates, and nothing fixes it. All i can do is shut my xbox off, and reboot it and sometimes it works fine for a little while. I apologize in advance for any spelling

It possibly is your controller it depends on how long you have had your controller. Your headset could also be damaged check and test both and report what isnt working and what is fine. You may have to buy a new headset or controller.

No i dont believe im in the Insider, but yeah ive checked and even checked again after reading your comment. Everything is up to date, and it happened just a little bit ago while just on youtube. It seems to be getting worse by the day, it only really
did it while playing WarZone

Sounds like a interesting issue, are you in the insider program at all and also have you made sure your controller firmware is up to date?.

It sounds like your having hardware issues, try contacting xbox support. Here is the link, https://beta.support.xbox.com/

If the troubleshooting page does not help try to get a xbox phone support operator using the same link.

It seems like it could be an issue with the wireless syncing inside the Xbox. It could be starting to go out.
