    I don't think the 19.47 is added taxes. It's 16.99 without taxes and typically, it's 18.39 with. I just want to know mostly why I'm being charged twice this month because my card did have an error so I resigned up and that's when it billed me a second time this month

    If you are being charged twice, and for different tiers of the Gamepass, i recommend you contacting Support directly so you can ask for you refund of the first subscription you have done ( the one before you upgraded it )

    Subscriptions & Billing > I want to request a refund > On describe your issue, write " charged twice for game pass " and follow the procedure.

    From the information you have given it sounds like you have been given a soft/communication ban which can last few hours or days depending on how serious the reason was. Head over to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb
    to find out more info on why it has happened and how long for.
