I'm not sure what's wrong with my xbox one

My xbox has been really glitchy for the last few days. Games take forever to load sometimes and they sometimes don't save. Sometimes I'll be playing a game and press the xbox button to get the menu up and the menu doesn't show up (it's not my controller since the screen darkens and makes the sound that it makes when you bring up the menu). The only menu that consistently works is the one where you can turn your controller or the xbox off. Games will randomly crash and just have a black screen and I keep getting error 0x80831002. At first I thought elden ring was glitched since that's what I've been playing since all this started, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it but when the installation finished it just restarted from 0 (it's installed now like, but my xbox hasn't been fixed). I have no idea what's causing this.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

In this case, we just need to reset your console keeping your games and apps through the Xbox Troubleshooter page. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi. If you have only had your console for a month then the best thing is to contact ms support or to try the diagnostics tool which you can download from this site from the support page for xbox one. You will need an external storage device with at least
2 GB and a your computer to download the files. I used the offline diagnostics tool last night and ended up doing the factory reset. I think most of these problems are to do with the console update. If you need any help give me a msg and I will help as much
as I can.

Same thing is happening.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what. Am I supposed to input my router's ip? or does the Xbox have an Ip I'm not aware of? Cause I'm at a loss.

no it seems to randomly read some disc but not others. it's not the disc cause i've tried it on another computer, so i'm sure it's my drive but i'm not sure what's wrong with it....i made sure it was plugged in all the way and i've updated it all the way
and reinstalled it and still nothing......i think i'm just going to get a new one
