I'm not sure what's causing my xbox PC app to be broken, could anyone help?

hello! I've been trying to use the Xbox PC app for a couple days now but it recently has had some major issues that i've never seen before. First, I was installing a game just recently added to gamepass called "Hypnospace Outlaw" but I paused the download when it was at about 4% as I was planning on just finishing it later tonight. the next day, I forgot to unpause, but I though oh well. I tried playing Hitman World of Assassination off of gamepass which I had already installed and played a good bit a couple days prior, but it did not work no matter how I tried to open it, and so I tried verifying the files, but that puts it into the same queue as the downloads. At first I tried cancelling Hypnospace Outlaw, but it just was stuck on the "cancelling" screen for a good 10 minutes, so I restarted the app and tried just moving hitman to the top of the queue. but instead it either forced Hypnospace to the top or just put Hitman on the "moving to top of queue" screen forever. Now is when is started getting really broken. At this point, my installed games did not show up, but neither did anything in the queue, it's all stuck as if there's something to load. it says Hitman has never been installed before, nor can I play any of the games I installed from gamepass before the app broke. whenever I go to download a new game, it says I must install gaming services, I have never seen this happen, but I go to install it and once it's done, nothing happens. I've tried everything I know to try, everything done in the guide posted here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...services/31596138-5437-42c4-b2d1-bc5e6c6d58d8 but to no avail. I am on windows 11 with not bad specs on the computer so I really wish to figure out what is going on here. Not even Minecraft will shoe up as playable, even though I was able to play it not even 20 hours ago while this problem was still persisting. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

I did all of these things, a grand total of 0 worked. All of my system files were fine, internet was never better, app was in the most recent state possible, no changes in anything from the times it worked. I am happy to inform though that it fixed itself! after a good couple 10s of restarts, a factory's worth people's solutions from all throughout the internet, it just fixed itself. I can play and install games now, and everything decides to load. all I did this afternoon was boot it up just with a slimmer of hope, and it started working. not this morning though, it was still broken then. so who knows. apologies for being passive aggressive, I've just been at this for about a week and am annoyed that it fixed completely by itself with no rhyme or reason even though it was still heavily dysfunctional just a couple of hours ago.

I'm not sure what could be causing the issue but I heard that restarting the app/console could help with your problems.

It just says "Claim this code on your Xbox or PC" where the "Claim" button normally is. I'm not using a VPN or anything so I'm not sure what could be causing this.
