    im not sure if im console communication banned


    My xbox account was suspended for a violation becuase off my picture. but now that my younger brother is signed into my xbox on his account he also has a suspension this never used to happen but now it has suddenly started happening any way i can get it
    reverted of my brothers account or am i stuck like this any tips will help

    You will have to log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

    Not sure if banned

    i am joining a party chat to talk to my friends and it says i am prevented from talking to people because of a setting in my preferences, but i have the setting to where i am able to talk to everyone, i reset my system and checked my NAT type and its open
    working with no problems, but i don't know if i am banned or not?

    The only information the enforcement team will give is what is listed on that site. They will not give specifics. It could have been something that was said to one of your friends.

    Yes. If you take the questionnaire and submit a review, they will investigate the complaint again to see if they suspended you in error. If they did, they will remove the suspension.
