I understand, would it be fine if we can try to rejoin your account with the family account? We will need to try managing the privacy settings using the parent account instead and see if that sorts out the issue.

It seems that you are using a child account. So what you will need to do first is to create a parent account on https://account.live.com, make sure it is a parent account and the birth date should be above 21 years old then login to the Microsoft account on Xbox.com to create a profile.

Once the parent profile has been created, please follow the steps on this link to add your child account with the parent, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12417/...

After doing the steps above, sign in to the parent account using this link, https://account.xbox.com/settings

Select your child account there so that we can modify the privacy settings of it then under the tab Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety.

Be sure the options You can create and join clubs and You can join multiplayer games are allowed.

My account is not consider as a kids account and I was in a family group but I got out I also checked that everything was allowed especially the join club and create them I also checked the multiplayer and it's on the allowed option.

It worked after I waited for a week or so, I'm not sure how it started or how it was even fixed, but it is fixed now.

Alright so I've just moved to Spain and we got a modem router and ive just noticed that my NAT type on xbox is strict and it says that a Double NAT is detected and i don't really know to solve it or do anything to change that. The modem is an Asus
(Asustek Computer inc.) and when I was looking for a solution my model type wasnt there. Model 4G-N12 (ignore whatever model it makes me put)
