Im not recieving my verification code in my outlook email

Yes its up to date they even sent me a verification code to email which i recieved but still no email with shipping labels.

Hello, thank you for replying, the thing is to like be more clear because i didnt really understand ur explanation,when i try to access microsoft now, by sending a verification code to the email that's been hacked theres an outlook email that im trying to remove but i cannot do that because it doesnt even show it becouse of ''privacy reasons'', theres also a phone number i suppose but thats also covered if i could get a step by step to remove that outlook.com email from my account it would be amazing thank you.

Already tried but still cant change my current phone number or add an alternative email. Because its asking for verification and im not receiving any code
