Im not recieving invites on my xbox I have to restart my xbox every time to get the invite...

I got invited by a friend a few times but i dont get the email and dont get the message on my xbox we have tryed almost every thing now ..xbox support send me to this forum because im not able to acces the other forum. Also when im try to search for the
app it will not find it ..my gt is and the friend that invited me is NL Wolfgirl ..she is already member and invited me via the app

Hi Jacob, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You're correct that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue but there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and resetting your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

My xbox was fine an hour ago and then i left and got back on and now i cant see when i recieve new messages or i cant invite my friends they will get the invite and then it will say "unable to join session"

I am also having the same problem so It is not only you. Every time I send an invite/message/party invite My xbox freezes
