    Im not receiving the Oni genji skin on Overwatch


    I have done all of the necessary steps to unlock the Oni genji skin. The challenge was to play 15 games of HOTS with a friend to receive the Oni genji skin (and a Zarya skin in HOTS but idc about that). When my friend linked his account he got the tracer
    skin, I didnt, but I kept on playing. I complete my 15 games and I recieved no link to get the goodies, but it shows that I'm linked on the xbox one. I don't know whats going on. In both overwatch and my Battle.net account it shows that they're linked, but
    I haven't received anything.

    You should lose your progress made in Overwatch, but I recommend reaching out to
    Blizzard Support     for assistance with linking your account. They'll be able to best help you with a smooth transition :) Let us know how it goes.

    Hey Jacques,

    I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the skins that come with the legendary edition of Overwatch. While Microsoft does not have any input with in-games items or skins being applied to your in-game account I'd be happy to help you figure out how you
    might need to access them.

    The description from the store does not specify which skins you are to receive. Skins in Overwatch aren't something that installs to your Xbox's hard drive rather they are unlocked in game so the Overwatch servers may just not be recognizing your entitlement
    to those skins. To troubleshoot that I recommend to perform a complete
    power cycle     to your Xbox. Hold down the power button on the Xbox console until it turns off and unplug the power cord for a few minutes.

    I found a promotional video on YouTube for the legendary edition and what skins should be unlocked. They are as follows:

    If you started the Overwatch 2 Game without taking advantage of the merge option, is there a way to merge now? Was it only offered that one time? Is the merge still possible to be able to get the skins from Overwatch 1 moved over to Overwatch 2?

    Hi Jedi Aaron,

    Have you checked in the "Manage Game" section on your console? Any purchased dlc can be managed there.

    My Games & Apps>Overwatch>Press Menu Button>Manage Game>Ready to Install
