Im not receiving reward credits

Not receiving ponts even after buying multiple games and pre ordering too. Can this be solved?

Not receiving reward credits

over the last year I've only received 1,000 credits even after buying multiple games and pre ordering a few too.

Need some help with this.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Now is on Injustice2 reward, I bought it and no points rewarded.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

We see that your Injustice 2 purchase for YOLO was awarded a few days ago. Regarding MyVIP payback for your purchases this month, as we see you have been Rewarded in previous months:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind since it seems you may be unaware that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award payback.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
