I'm not receiving any rewards for my purchases

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We see that you received Credit for the FREEdom Rewards offer. Please keep in mind that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed.

After reviewing your account, your purchase in February went towards the XOXO Rewards offer that was running that month. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once, that purchase went towards progressing that offer and not MyVIP payback. Since you did not
complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding your purchases this month, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so you should expect those Credits to appear by the 15th next month.

The only purchases you have made the past few months were game consumables. These are not eligible for MyVIP payback, as specified in our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Additionally, we see that you have Credits pending in your account from your past eligible purchases, which you can review on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending
Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. Since you recently completed the Rogue One offer, you have now been scheduled for a deposit, and can expect this deposit at the end of the month.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

For future reference, it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process any purchase information. Since your purchase was made today, it is too early for us to have Rewarded those purchases.
