Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

I see. The problem I’m facing however is that I cannot set up remote access to my Xbox because of the excessive Ping. I guess you could well be right that the Ping measurement is inaccurate, but my Xbox believes it so won’t play ball

I did as written and it deleted only a few clips. Everything else is back to the way it was before. I had 117 and now I have 101, but I deleted all of them. I’m not sure what else can be done as the captures will not go away.

Edit: I just noticed it deleted all my captures from the console, despite not telling it to. It won’t delete anything on live.

Thanks for you reply. I’ve done the reset but that didn’t work. I have logged back in and now the rewards app won’t launch. I’ve tried reinstalling the rewards app but still won’t open. It says something about updating location. This used to happen before but I could click the icon again and it would let me into the app. But now I can’t get into it at all. I’m guessing I’m gonna have to do a full factory reset? Thanks Luke
