I’m not in a family on Xbox 360 and yet it asks me for a passcode that I don’t know

Hey guys I made my day better an easier because I found out the password so don’t worry about the question

Thanks for the help and I figured that was the case so I just guessed the code and now it is perfectly fine

If you got the system used then it's the previous owners code you have to ask

Most of the time you don't run into the issue if someone sold it to you properly

Clean and factory reseted

Not with the private info and games ib it

I’m sorry to know that, RVGTester. The best option now is getting it replaced and hopefully, the next one no longer have a 360 family passcode.

If it was sold to you as new, stop what you are doing and exchange it at your retailer for a replacement. New 360 consoles do not have family passcodes set from the factory.
