im not getting my rewards

for some odd reason even though i did my 5 achievements on Warframe i was never prompted to to claim my rewards on the FREEdom rewards page. i can show proof of my achievements that as well. Another question is that i pre-ordered Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
Wildlands on my Xbox and i didn't get my 15,000 rewards point. Is it it because i pre-ordered it on my Xbox and not on the store? Because if that's the reason its not working than it a dumb one...

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Please note for future reference that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process activity, so your purchase made on the 25th has not been processed.

 

Support will check on the warframe offer, but if you preordered Ghost Recon on or after January 1, it would count as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to receive the 15,000 credits. There are no
other offers to receive credits just for preordering that game.

Unless the offer states differently, purchases usually have to be made either on the console or xbox.com.

 

yeah that was my fault with the other question cause i didnt read it fully. i noticed it yesterday as well but couldnt edit that the part out

We are currently investigating user claims that achievement tracking for Warframe may not be awarding correctly. We have alerted our platform team of this, and are currently awaiting their response. We'll update this thread once they complete their investigation.

As Smwutches says, your purchase will go toward the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires the purchase of three games in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Keep in mind that it takes our system up to 96 hours to process activity,
so any recent purchases may not immediately show a punch.
