I've double checked and everything is fine but it says you guys are having issues depositing my funds... i never in the past had issues with this program why now?

It says I need to update my billing info on my account but it is correct. The information is correct. Please deposit my credits. Thanks

We see that there is currently a data error on your account preventing your deposit from completing. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve, as it is a problem with information stored in our databases. However, we can confirm that this issue
occurred relatively recently. Can you think of any changes you may have made to your account information, such as updating your credit card information, or adding another billable account? This information may aid in our other teams' investigation.

im getting the same problem and everything is fine the account billing address matches the credit card billing address but when i click confirm purchase it says it Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment method or add
a new one. but the annoying thing is the money is still taken out of the account! and im getting no microsoft points! i need help!

Address in My Profile at Microsoft account

I did "Change 360 account region" to Canada

BUT it didn't help

Hey guys, im having problems, adding a payment method using a credit card, ive put all my information in correctly and billing address correctly too but it gave me an error code: 8C320008. Now the problem is that im trying to remove my older cousin credit
card for when he was using my console and its wont let me remove ot from the actual website because it says it has an outstanding balance and i cant add my own credit card, can someone help?
