I'm not getting credit for the games I have been buying from the Microsoft store.

I have not been receiving my credit for buying games from the Microsoft store. I have been buying and downloading the games from my Xbox. And I have not received any credit for other things as well.

Microsoft Store Problem

Hey! So I'm on Xbox one X and I'm having issues with buying games. So I can't buy anything from the Microsoft store with my credit card, but my dad's card works fine. I Have updated my card information many times. And when trying to buy a game Xbox
says "Can't process payment". Also I can buy Forza Horizon 4 dlc cars from the ingame marketplace with my card but not from Microsoft store?

 

Reward Credits stemming back to 360 haven't been converted to current Microsoft credits

I get a monthly rewards statement saying I ahve about 5700 reward points or credits. They were supposed to be converted into microsoft dollars when it went over 5000 points. It has been over 5000 points since around the time xbox one came out. When they
switched from microsoft ponts to dollars there has been an issue with getting credit on my purchases in the xbox store. So, I have two problems. The conversion of the over 5000 points has not been turned into microsoft dollars for about 2 years. Secondly,
I have not been getting credit for those purchases in the last two years into the existing rewards system on the xbox store on my xbox one. I have spent alot of money in the store with no credit.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchases since April (when you got your last MyVIP payback) have all been pre-orders, consumables, or subscriptions, they do not award MyVIP payback. None of these purchases completed any offers. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for your
purchase this month, also from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
