Im not getting any rewards on my account

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We are currently investigating user claims that achievement tracking for Warframe may not be awarding correctly. We have alerted our platform team of this, and are currently awaiting their response. We'll update this thread once they complete their investigation.

As Smwutches says, your purchase will go toward the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires the purchase of three games in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Keep in mind that it takes our system up to 96 hours to process activity,
so any recent purchases may not immediately show a punch.

Support will check on the warframe offer, but if you preordered Ghost Recon on or after January 1, it would count as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to receive the 15,000 credits. There are no
other offers to receive credits just for preordering that game.

Unless the offer states differently, purchases usually have to be made either on the console or xbox.com.
