Discus and support I’m not getting any points even though it says I’ve earned points today in Microsoft Rewards in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; In Microsoft Rewards, 2 days ago I got 1000 points then yesterday I got 800 so far today I got 300 and my points hasn’t gone up at all.     I’m not getting any points even though it says I’ve earned points today in Microsoft Rewards


    In Microsoft Rewards, 2 days ago I got 1000 points then yesterday I got 800 so far today I got 300 and my points hasn’t gone up at all. Is there a way to fix this or should I just stop wasting my time?

    When you make a question there is no option for microsoft rewards so I had to pick a random one but I should have said microsoft rewards in it.
    Under the question which asks What would you like assistance with? You should select
    My Rewards points balance.

    maybe it is just a bug, it has not happened to me with so many points, in my case they were 50 but they were deposited after closing the app and turning off my console
