I'm not able to screenshot or stream on my Xbox One or much else. What do I do?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

Yes please, same issue here. I always stream my xbox to my windows 10 and I can't share the games because apparently they are not recognizable as xbox one or windows store game when they obviously are as I am playing them on my xbox one... please make this
feature available when streaming directly from the console, its annoying not being able to share what I record or the screenshots.

Thank for that. The ISP said there were no changed from their end or issues as all my other devices connect fine and do what they need to.☹

I don't think it is a streaming issue something else is going on.

Again this morning I turned my router off for 10mins then back on. Turned on the xbox and was again able to watch netflix but not able to log into a profile of add a new existing one

The only 2 wishes I want for my Xbox One is

- Design a much better UI once Windows 10 comes out

- Do what Sony is doing with their PS4, get a streaming service to play all Xbox & Xbox 360 games

Oh I thought they encouraged people to take screenshots and stream as long as they used certain tags or something. Or maybe I'm thinking about something else.
