I'm not able to access/open/uninstall my xbox app. Can someone suggest me what I should do?

So nothing happens when you try to launch the app, correct? What just happened when you tried to uninstall the app?

Which operating system are you using exactly?
Do you get there any error message or error code when you try to launch the app?

Be sure to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

I don't understand solution 1 very well. I can open "applications and features" and search, but I don't understand what to search for. Do you mean that I should search for the xbox accessories app? When I left-click on this app, I see "Move," "Uninstall," and "Advanced options." When I click Advanced Options I see Terminate, Reset, and Uninstall. I tried Reset but I still see the problem.



I also tried uninstalling the app, restarting the computer, and reinstalling it, and that fixed the problem. I was able to update the firmware on the controller.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game (as suggested in the guide you sent me) but it didn't solve the issue. Can you try to give some more specific suggestions?

The problem is that when trying to open the game from the XboX app (or from anywhere else) the PC asks me (as administrator) the permission to open the application "CustomInstallExec.exe", which has as description the following: "Program of installation of the dependencies of Microsoft Store" (my pc is in italian so the translation could be sligthly different).

After having given the permission for opening that app, the message "the PC couldn't open the app" is displayed and the whole process gets canceled.

I ask you, again, if you, or someone else of the Microsoft Team, can help me out on this specific problem.
