    I live in the UK and have recently joined Xbox insiders as I'm excited about the disc to digital feature and wanted to see what it was like...

    I've tried a couple of games but I'm not getting anything other than just installing the game is there something I'm missing? Anything I need to do? The last update I had was in August but I've signed up to the update preview omega

    The disc for that will only work on the Series X, but as it states on the case, there should be a digital code inside for the One.

    No. I know exactly what I'm talking about. I bought the NBA 2k22 75th Anniversary Edition for XBOX SERIES X, and inside the case it also has a code for the Xbox One version. It literally says "Also includes a digital voucher for Xbox One" on the cover. The Xbox Series X disc does not work on Xbox One. When I typed in the code, it was supposed to give me the Xbox One version of the game digitally, but it didn't.

    I haven't tried but I'm just going to return the disc and try to get the digital version, I think the solution to this problem would be never buy an Xbox disc again because the new see through type discs never seem to work, I don't think they have improved the laser enough to even process those types of discs, but thank you

    Graphical issues in multiple games

    Hey there Pilus, are you using digital games or discs? If you are using digital games, it may be an issue with your GPU inside of your Xbox One.

    If you're using discs can you try giving them a wipe with a piece of clean cloth?
